Our premises are located in Debrecen, in the Balmaz\u00fajv\u00e1rosi \u00fat industrial zone, on a 20,000 m2 property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The composition of the building stock is as follows: office, social building: 560 m2, workshop: 1700 m2 and warehouse: 1100 m2. The number of employees in our company is between 50-52, our employees include pipe fitters, qualified welders, air conditioning fitters, locksmiths, lathe operators, machinists and electrical technicians, building mechanics, engineers and energy engineers. We regularly train our fitters and develop their knowledge. In our company, we carry out work according to ISO standards. Our business policy is as follows: high technical standards and quality, flawless delivery on time, while flexibly meeting customer needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our core business is: Construction, Building Engineering, Maintenance, Operation, Production, Design. There are a few smaller and several larger competitors operating in the market, which results in increased competition. This competition has prompted our company to improve an existing business line, thereby improving the quality of our service, further expanding our asset base, and further developing our corporate management system. We meet these objectives by renewing our manufacturing\/production processes and logistics processes within the framework of a unified innovation thinking and ERP system, thus developing the business processes of our company and increasing its competitiveness. The further development of a modern corporate management system brings many advantages that contribute to increasing efficiency and improving the quality of services. Our target market includes micro, small and medium-sized enterprises that regularly provide steel and metal structure production, maintenance, and construction work. But following the market trend emerging in Eastern Hungary, we want to expand and modernize our metal crate manufacturing and repair business by serving emerging multinational companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We intend to innovate two of these processes within the framework of this project: \u2013 one is the manufacturing\/production process itself, \u2013 the other is the logistics process. In order to compete in the market, our project includes innovating and developing our manufacturing, production processes, and technology (purchasing a conveyor belt, electric forklift), innovating the related logistics process, and further developing the corporate management system. Logistics process innovation: The aim of the project is to introduce an innovative, more efficient logistics process model that modernizes the company&#8217;s entire logistics chain through automation, real-time tracking, and process optimization. In order to introduce significantly improved business processes of the enterprise and ensure innovative operation, multi-directional development, investment, and expansion of human resources will be required. The development of tangible assets is of paramount importance. The current equipment needs to be developed and expanded with new technological tools that contribute to increasing the efficiency of work processes and meeting modern industry expectations, automation, so it is necessary to innovate production, which works as follows, metal crate repair in current processes: A material handling machine places the affected crate on the table, where it is decided whether the crate is scrapped or can be repaired, if scrapped, the crate is sent to the warehouse, if it can be repaired, it is transferred to another station. The crate is repaired, welded, painted, and qualified at another station. The production process is monitored. Innovative solution within the framework of this project: By purchasing a conveyor track and an ERP system, the time spent per crate at each station in the above workflow is greatly reduced. With this system, the process operates automatically, reducing or even replacing live labor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In summary, the development of our project includes the following activities: manufacturing\/production process innovation, the backbone of which is the acquisition of the Pickback business cloud service (software), logistics process innovation, which means the innovation of the digitalized, automated process, logistics innovation consulting related to the preparation and implementation of the project, manufacturing\/production innovation consulting related to the preparation and implementation of the project, 1 roller conveyor system and 1 electric forklift related to the manufacturing\/production process innovation, employment of 1 female innovator, employment of 1 employee related to the manufacturing\/production process innovation, employment of 1 employee related to the logistics process innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The implementation of the project represents a major development in the life of the enterprise, as SZERIP Zrt. will be able to innovate in its technology.
